Welcome to Harold Wood Family Boxercise. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for participation in our fitness classes in Upminster. By booking a class, you agree to comply with these terms. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Harold Wood Family Boxercise.

1. Class Bookings & Payments

All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system. Payment is required upfront to secure your spot. New families can use their free trial code where applicable at checkout. Class spots are subject to availability and operated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a class credit or refund. Within 24 hours, bookings are non-refundable. If we must cancel a class for any reason, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered promptly.

3. Class Rules & Safety

Our sessions are non-contact and non-competitive. Participants must wear suitable exercise clothing and clean trainers. For safety, children must be supervised by their attending parent or guardian at all times. Instructions provided by the trainer must be followed to maintain a safe environment for all families.

4. Health & Medical Responsibility

Participants must complete a health screening form (PAR-Q) before their first session. It is your responsibility to ensure you and your child are fit to exercise. Please inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or changes in health before the class begins. Participation is at your own risk.

5. Liability & Insurance

Harold Wood Family Boxercise maintains public liability insurance. However, we accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during sessions, unless caused by our direct negligence. We strongly advise participants to consult a GP if they have any health concerns prior to training.

6. Behaviour & Safeguarding

We maintain a positive, family-friendly environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behaviour, bullying, or disruption. Any individual failing to meet these standards may be asked to leave without refund. We are committed to the safeguarding of all children in our sessions.

7. Service Changes

We reserves the right to amend class times, dates, or locations if necessary. We will provide as much notice as possible via email or social media. These terms may be updated periodically, and your continued booking constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

8. Website Use
